Situated on the outskirts of the village away from busy roads, the property enjoys all day sunshine in it's attractive enclosed gardens on split levels. The small high street which offers local independent shops is about 20 mins walk away. Local pubs with restaurants are all between 15 - 30 minutes walk too. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of the road as is Norfolk Lavender. A handy express supermarket is also a short walk. The beach has it's own car park for those not ambitious enough to enjoy a long stroll through the village. There is a regular bus route through the village to Kings Lynn and Hunstanton with train station at Kings Lynn two with easy links to North and South. Very well furnished and equipped throughout, Sandy B's offers a homely and family atmosphere in which guests will feel relaxed after a busy day exploring. Concrete driveway parking for two cars in front with more off road parking at the rear. From sunrise to sunset the garden is a perfect place for all the family with outdoor furniture. Gas central heating so cosy for colder months. Entrance porch into hall. Lounge with gas fire and dining area. Fitted kitchen with small steps into the conservatory also with a dining area and doors opening onto the rear garden and summerhouse. Three bedrooms; one with a king, the second with twins and third having zip and link '6" singles which convert to a king if needed (please state requirements when booking). This last bedroom has an en suite shower room with shower, washbasin and wc. Family shower room also with shower, washbasin and WC. Bed linen and towels included. Extras; £100 refundable security deposit and £25 booking fee.
