This lovely bungalow will appeal to many guests! Ground floor accommodation is always popular plus it is within easy reach of town centre, beach and holiday facilities being attractive to families of all ages. Guests have welcomed the quiet residential area for its peace and quiet yet just 10 mins away from the vibrancy of Hunstanton prom and its holiday amenities. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, Pear Tree Place has an enclosed rear garden, gas central heating and is available all year. The semi-detached bungalow is very comfortably furnished and equipped to a modern high standard with enclosed rear garden. Front entrance approached via ‘long’ steps. Cloaks lobby opening into a lovely open plan room with kitchen, lounge and dining area offering a social area for families to enjoy being together. Hallway with rear access. Three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed that can be converted to twins, the second with a double and third with children’s bunks (2”6’). New, fully tiled bathroom with bath having shower over, washbasin and WC. Washing machine. The Royal Norfolk Coast’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has something for everyone – busy or chilled. Beaches, RSPB reserves, water sports, amusements, takeaways, theatre, bowling, fairground, Sea Life Centre, golf, coastal pubs and more. Royal Estate of Sandringham, Holkham Hall Estate and Pensthorpe Natural Park are brilliant for families. For photographers - the magnificent panoramic sunsets! Anything missed can be visited when you book again! One well behaved medium size pet only. Parking: roadside outside of property. Directions

  • Road from Kings Lynn (15.0 miles)
    From Kings Lynn Hardwick Roundabout follow A149 to Hunstanton. When you get through Heacham there is a small roundabout – take second left to another larger roundabout just outside Hunstanton. Go over this (third turn left) and continue past the large tower on your left.  Don't turn here but take next turn left into Sandringham Road. Take second turn left into Park Road, then next left into Waveney Road.  Continue and take third turn right into Chatsworth Road where there are bungalows each side. This a  dead end.  No 18, Pear Tree Place in on your right.
