From Kings Lynn A149 follow signs to Sandringham and through to roundabout at Dersingham. Continue through village, past Co-Op supermarket which is on the left hand bend, then there is a bend to the left and the cottage is slightly past this bend, on the left almost opposite Lotus House Chinese Takeaway.
