From Kings Lynn A149 follow signs to Hunstanton. Go through Hunstanton to Old Hunstanton and the next village is Holme-next-Sea. Don' t take first turn to beach. Take second turning at crossroads into Peddars Way almost all the way to the bottom of the road. There are two detached bungalows on the left, then Sancia is the third bungalow.
