Ground floor accommodation is always popular, even those with limited mobility can still enjoy their holiday as they need not go down into the back garden but can enjoy and relax in the calm atmosphere on the veranda. The fully enclosed back garden is approached from the rear bedroom veranda and decking area with a staircase down to the patio garden, summerhouse and cabin, the latter being secretly positioned almost under the main building, perfect for children (or adults) to escape to with wifi. Wide steps from the side of the property journey downwards to the garden area with the summerhouse and cabin, plus outdoor seating with parasol. Who would think that the seaside and town with it’s vibrant activities is just ten minutes away! Furnished and equipped to a very high standard the accommodation comprises: entrance and cloaks lobby with door into spacious and luxurious family social area, perfect for sharing the days’ activities after exploring this area of outstanding natural beauty. Living area with multi fuel burner, dining table and large kitchen with breakfast bar having modern fitted units and appliances, which will delight the cook! Electric wall oven and hob. Fully tiled bathroom with deep bath (shower over), washbasin and WC and the bonus of underfloor heating. One high chair and travel cot Hallway with two bedrooms: bedroom one with double bed and two large oak wardrobes and bedroom 2 having a single bed with trundle which makes a double. Patio doors opening onto the large decked veranda with distant sea views – perfect for relaxing at any time of day, gazing at the fantastic west facing sunsets for which the town is renowned.

  • Road from Kings Lynn (15.0 miles)
    From Kings Lynn Hardwick Roundabout follow A149 to Hunstanton. When you get through Heacham there is a small roundabout – take second left to another larger roundabout just outside Hunstanton. Go over this (third turn left) and continue past the large tower on your left. Don't turn here but take next turn left into Sandringham Road. Take second turn left into Park Road, then next left into Waveney Road. Continue and take third turn right into Chatsworth Road where there are bungalows each side and is a dead end. Go to the end and on the left are two bungalows, No 51 is the one on the right.
