The Garden Flat Information

Description

Perfect to walk everywhere to like holiday interests, town centre, the beach, theatre, restaurants and bars, clifftops, promenade and beyond. Don't forget your camera for the amazing panoramic sunsets. Steps down into private front entrance, a sitting out area for relaxing and enjoying warm evenings. Rear access to one parking space, although street parking is close by. (NB: steep concrete steps up to car park). Gas central heating. All on one level once inside the property, it is furnished and equipped to a high quality standard and like a Tardis, it opens up to an unbelievable amount of room. Entrance into large hallway. Lounge with feature electric wood burner and facing West to enjoy stunning sunsets. The hall leads through to open plan fitted kitchen and dining area. Kitchen with new integrated appliances. Gas hob/electric oven. Door to rear which has a lovely Mediterranean feel about it, the courtyards being paved and split into seating areas with surrounding high white walls, vines, shrubs and greenery. Even at a lower level, it is still able to enjoy sunshine and you would not think such a place existed. Two ample size bedrooms. The master has a double bed with ensuite shower room having shower, WC and washbasin and the second room has twins. Family bathroom with bath (shower spray attachment from taps), WC and washbasin. Parking: one parking space at the rear. Street parking nearby. Please note that the steps are very steep at the rear, but access is easier via the front with 7 wide steps. Seating in front garden. Non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £25 payable.

    From Kings Lynn Hardwick Roundabout follow A149 to Hunstanton. You will see signs to the beach on the left.  Take second left into Oasis Way down to another roundabout. Take third exit to town. Travel over mini roundabout to junction. Turn left. Keep going and take first left at mini roundabout (you are at the Green and Esplanade Gardens are next on left).  Go past the first right turn junction (Cliff Terrace) and look for tall 'Yukka' tree on the right. This is about the second property from next junction.   The next right is Boston Square. Turn in here and take the first right unmade lane.Turn right.  The Garden Flat parking space is straight in front of you.
